I'm reaching out because I recently duplicated my website into a production site which is live and can be found here: https://granitefandp.com/ however, my license is currently set up with my staging site: https://granitefitnstg.wpenginepowered.com/ I need to know how to change the domain of my license without losing all of the data I have put into the Amelia plugin.
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can simply deactivate the license on staging site and and enter the same purchase code on live site. The domain is automatically activated / recognized when the purchase code is entered. Since you have a Pro 1 license (one domain), you wont be able to activate the same license on multiple domains, so you need to deactivate it first from staging site.
To be clear the production site is a clone. So It should erase my data there if I'm just changing the license from the staging to the production right?
No, the data wont be deleted, unless you check the option that you want to delete the data. Otherwise, you will just change a domain and activate the same license on different site (domain).
