As a technically inclined user, I’ve noticed that many tickets submitted by others seem to be non-technical, vague, or unrelated to actual bugs. This likely creates a lot of noise for your support team and slows down resolution for legitimate issues and critical bugs.
My questions:
Do you have a structured format for submitting detailed bug reports? A preferred way or platform to document reproducible steps, system settings, logs, etc.
Would it help to have a dedicated channel or form for reporting well-documented bugs and feature improvements?
Unfortunately, on this platform, there is no option to separate tickets, and we handle them in the order they are received. However, on our new platform, Gleap, where we plan to transition over time, there is a dedicated bug section and a separate channel where tickets are moved if there is a possibility that they relate to a bug.
Regarding any suggestions for improvements, we have a dedicated link where you can submit any suggestions, and other users can vote on your proposals.

The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received.
