Hi Temper,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I've also noticed that this might be not explain very well. There is a separate placeholder in Notification settings called "Recurring appointments details %recurring_appointments_details%". This is located bellow the text field.
How this works - you need to configure the placeholder by click on the "configure placeholder here". You would add the placeholders within this placeholder such as appointment name, customer first name, last name and etc and then copy / paste the placeholder to the Notification template.
Each time there are recurring appointments, Amelia will recognize this placeholder and render the information.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Stephan
Thank you very much. Now i get it, thanks to you. You used the word 'within'...thats what helped me.
An example of this might be useful for your documentation. Ita actually really simple but amelias documentation and interface makes it complicated to understand.
Thanks again.
Oliver
Hi Oliver,
Apologies for the confusion, the most important is that we are on the same page. We are actually in process of re-writing the whole documentation, so we will make sure to include this part, as well.
If you have any other questions, please open a new ticket and we will gladly help you there.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
