I would like to clarify whether Amelia transfers tax data to Stripe during payment processing. I have several services with different tax rates for corporate customers. At the final checkout step, these customers correctly see the service price, tax amount, and total amount. However, the email receipt from Stripe only includes the total amount, which makes it unsuitable as an official financial document for corporate customers.
Could you explain if there is a way to properly configure the integration between Amelia and Stripe to ensure tax details are included in the receipt?
From my perspective, custom fields for tax amounts could be a simple workaround, allowing us to add tax details to the description. However, it seems there are no custom fields available for taxes. Do you know if there’s a way to enable this or any alternative solution?
