I am encountering two issues while logged in as an employee on our system:
Grouped Bookings Issue: When I have two bookings for the same time slot, the plugin groups them together. I need each booking to appear individually (siloed) so that they can be managed and viewed separately.
Service/Category Modification Issue: Currently, when trying to change the category or service for a booking, all other services are blocked off. I need the flexibility to change the service or category as needed. I have attached a photo that shows the blocked options for reference.
Could you please look into these issues and let me know if there are any workarounds or updates available to address them?
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. Only individual appointments can be shown separately but group appointment is just one appointment and customers can not be separated
This depends on your employee work hours and services. Try and turn off on X employees, category, and services and then you should be able to change them
