At this time employees can only book with the existing customer but from the next update should be this week employees can create new customers if you allow them this option
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. Amelia can not store this kind of data in any way.

1. Employee cannot add clients from employee panel to the schedule. They are only able to ask for their own appointments!
2. Can employee add customer's Credit card info to process the transections?
