The booking plugin was working fine till today morning and suddenly when I log in now at 5pm I see the whole plugin is back to the free version, i have a lifetime paid subscription. Can someone please investigate with priority as the website has stopped taking bookings alltogether.

Who do you want me to reach for this issue? I went on the website and made changes as instructed but we are still seeing the same issue. Can someone reach out to me at [email protected] and I can work with them to resolve this asap.
I did check with my hosting provider and they said there was no change from their end
