I am organizing a martial arts tournament for the first week in May. The custom fields I have created are for possibly a parent to register their entire family. A couple of problems come up that I can't solve. Actually 3 problems. First, on the backend the data from the custom fields is not in any logical order. At least, not in the order it was entered in. So, in viewing the appointment, competitor 1's name could be followed by competitor 2's age...etc. Secondly, all the custom fields appear in each of the appointments that the "Customer" makes. That problem is minor and I can get that sorted but only if I can fix the 3rd problem. I want to be able to download an xlsx file from the booking. Is that possibly. Note: brand new user so I am just getting my feet wet. Thanks, Dave
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m sorry to disappoint, but currently, there are very limited customization options available for custom fields. While there are a few different custom field types, there isn't an option to change the order or make similar adjustments. The custom field information is always stored in the Appointment section (the one that has been booked), and you can export the entire appointment information, but not just for a single appointment. There is an option in the upper right corner, it will also include the custom field information.
