Follow-up Question: is it possible to deactivate the feedback notification per customer? Reason: my client is a therapist with many recurring customers and he do not want that the will get the notification message after each session.
Thank you for reaching out. At the moment, the only available option is to completely deactivate the feedback notification in Amelia > Notifications settings. There isn’t a way to disable it for specific customers while keeping it active for others.
