Hi Noémie,
Thanks for reaching out to us. It is possible to configure this setup, and I'd be happy to explain how.
Since you offer two services (sea fishing and boat ride) with different durations, you'll need to create two separate services: Sea Fishing (2 hours) and Boat Ride (1 hour). To set up different schedules and prices depending on the season, you will need to configure two employees for each service, so a total of four employees.
The timeslots depend on the employee's work hours, so here’s how you can set it up:
Both employees should be assigned to the same service, but you’ll need to adjust the pricing in the service settings for each employee. You can find a use case example via this link.
As for tickets, they are not available in the service configuration. However, there is an option for customers to "bring someone with you." If you increase the service capacity to 2 or more, this option will become available.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Nomie,
Thanks, but this user doesnt have admin permissions. I cant see all the settings. Before updating the permissions. you don't have to configure the Global Work hours settings.
The employee work hours will always overwrite the Global Work Hours, that's more important. Your customers can select any timeslot based on those special days configured. And if your service duration is always the same, there is no need to configure the Custom duration and pricing. If you wish to offer extra options (like fishing equipment), you can use Extras for this purpose. This can be found in Service settings (there is a separate tab)

Also, the page doesn't work, for some reason, i do see this error
Please note that if you want to select the appointment for the present day, the timeslots are only available from the current time. i.e if current time is 2pm, only timeslots from this date would appear on the booking form.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
Thank you for your reply.
Sorry for the broken link here the good one : https://lamessaline-nouv-swpqv5juyp.live-website.com/reservations/
I have also gave you admin rights and changed the work hours date as you mentionned before..
Honneslty I have tried many things but I'm still a bit lost. I would appreciate a lot If you can help me
Lets take the 'Peche en mer' - Juillet Août (hight season)
What im trying here is :
- Set up the booking date only on July and August
- Time only from 7:30 - 11:30
- Be able to choose as many people they want to bring with them
- Then choose who would come with Equipement or not ( Options tab)
Sometimes date are selectable, sometimes not. I think its now depending on the number of guest or people coming. More than 1 doest not work somehow...
Hi Noemi,
Theoretically, one employee can be assigned to multiple services, but this is not recommended. If an employee is already booked for Service 1 at a certain timeslot, customers won't be able to book that same timeslot for other services. That's why I recommend having multiple employee profiles for different services—this way, they remain independent of each other.
Each employee must have a unique email address, as Amelia does not allow assigning the same email to multiple employees. The email must be a valid address since employees will receive notifications there.
If you want to receive all notifications, you can add your email address in Notification Settings under the field "Send notifications to additional addresses".
To make the same day available for multiple bookings, you need to:
All appointments are visible in the Appointments section in the backend, where an admin can manage (cancel or reschedule) them. It's important to note that only an admin has the ability to manage all appointments.

Thank you very much for your help.
I have to say, as a UX designer, that Amelia is a great tool with complex workflows, and you did a very good job creating it. I'm sorry to have a few more questions—I just want to ensure I build the right process for my client, and I would really appreciate your guidance. I've searched the documentation and YouTube but haven't found answers to the following points:
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Noemie,
Thanks for your kind words.
Unfortunately, Amelia won’t allow a customer to book the same appointment (same time and day) twice, as it recognizes that there is already a booking associated with that email address. Only different customers can book the same time slot multiple times until the maximum capacity is reached.
For example, if you’re offering a boat trip tomorrow, I can book a spot at 10 AM, and then my colleague can book the same time slot, and so on. However, I wouldn’t be able to book it again with the same email since I’m already scheduled.
QTY stands for quantity, meaning the number of times a customer books a particular service. If multiple customers are booking, each additional person is counted separately.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
