We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, with the shortcode [ameliaeventscalendarbooking trigger=amelia-evenements trigger_type=class in_dialog=1], on a smartphone, the calendar seems to behave badly, bad display (see attachment). Is this a bug or is there a solution.
THANKS
Sincerely

I forgot to specify when to check "Show in Amelia Popup"
Hi Laurent,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Is it working properly now? Yes, you need to turn on the "Show in Amelia popup" when creating a popup. Popup should work with any builder.
If it works and if there are no other questions, may i close this one?
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello, no it doesn't work with popups enabled. The result is in the attachment. Without the popup enabled, it works.
In the attachment you will notice that the layout is not correct

Hi Laurent,
It seems like there’s a conflict with other third-party plugins. Could you try disabling the other third-party plugins (leaving Amelia enabled) and then enable them one by one? This should help you identify the conflicting plugin.
If that doesn’t work, please provide the WP admin credentials, and we can take a closer look.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

What I don't understand is that other shortcodes like the service catalog or packages work correctly in a popup window. only the event calendar shortcode does not work. Sincerely
Hi Laurent,
Yes, I agree—that does seem strange. Based on the screenshot, it looks like the booking form is experiencing a conflict and isn’t displaying properly. I recommend checking for potential conflicts with other plugins or trying a temporary theme switch to see if that resolves the issue.
If the problem persists, I can log in and take a closer look with the developers.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello, I don't understand...On PC everything is OK, on tablet it's OK too, on smartphone the layout is bad.
Finally I got around the problem by removing POPup and it works correctly.
Sincerely
Hi Laurent,
I'm sure it was a conflict with a plugin or perhaps a theme itself. However, it might be an issue with the mobile device browser or device. You could try to clear the mobile cookies / cache, as well.
