We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
If I restrict the output of the above master detail table to just 50 rows, it won't advance using the pagination block at the bottom of the table. It keeps repeating the same 50 rows.
I was disappointed not to get some kind of response to my ticket today. I don't expect a fix but just that you can replicate the error.
I just checked and it's still doing the same thing. The system is starting to go into production. The idea behind restricting it to 50 rows to to help performance. But if I set it to restrict to 50 rows you will be able to see the problem but my users won't be able to see what's in the remaining 102 rows! You are welcome to email me and request a login to the system if that's what's needed. But for now I will have to leave it set to display all rows so users can see the data.
I have to say that I am frightened to put this into production if the typical support request is more than 2 business days.
