I saw someone had the same problem before but the ticket was unresolved. I couldn't find a different one about the same thing so I'm opening a new one.
Like in the title: I prepared a template for a notification that is sent when the appointment is approved. This notification is custom so I'm not editing an already existing/default one. When I edit and save the custom on in HTML mode and leave the page, it switched to text mode resulting in html being ruined (the tags are lost).
From what I can gather, this issue doesn't happen with default notifications.
I'm attaching a video showing the issue.
