We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I have a personal stylist service I am trying to coordinate, but noticed I have no ability to set the time to the level I am looking for.
I noticed that I can only set the start time to 10:00am, is there a way I can change that to 9:30am?
The schedule would look something like this:
9:30am to 11:30am Stylist Session (Duration: 2 Hours)
11:30am to 1:30pm Stylist Session (Duration: 2 Hours)
1:30pm to 2:00pm Break (Duration: 0.5 Hours)
2:00pm to 4:00pm Stylist Session (Duration: 2 Hours)
4:00pm to 5:30pm Stylist Session (Duration: 1.5 Hours)
How can I edit Amelia to have custom time slots?
Hi Ben,
Thanks for reaching out to us!=,
To achieve this, you’ll need to change the default timeslot step to 30 minutes—this will act as the increment value for service duration. Then, in the Employee Work Hours configuration, you can set the work hours for each day according to your needs.
Please note that the employee’s work hours must be long enough to cover the full service duration. For example, if a service lasts 2 hours, the employee’s work hours must be at least 2 hours (or longer) to accommodate it.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
