Hello I have some questions regarding some features on a Table, don't know if its possible: (My DataSource is Google Spreadsheet)
1. Change Global Search Label or add placeholder – Is it possible to modify `Search` for `Search By` to be more specific
2. Default Values in every search – I want to be able to display a default value in every search
3. Is it possible to show empty table UNTIL doing a first search? I have a long list of rows and my table is too large when it loads. Reason why it is large is because I have it set to `Show All Results` in the first page; why? Because Search only works on Current Page not on Every page (Which is SUPER bad)
