Sorting by location in the calendar does not work. - There is a bug and we are working on it and we do apologize for the inconvenience. There should be a new update released today but not sure if our dev team had enough time to include the fix. 
Days off are not displayed in the calendar. - Unavailable days are grayed out on the backend.
It is not possible to add a short time off, I do not need to do a whole day off, but only a short time for a visit to the doctor, and I need it to show in the calendar. - Your employee can do that easily bay adding event in theri calendar and set it as busy. But you need to complete the Google or Outlook integration for this

It is advisable to click on the calendar, day or time, and add a booking, or day off, or time off, and the appointment, and it is important to see it in the calendar. - In calendar you can click add appointment button. I have to add each day separately on special days, if I want one employee to work at one location on weekdays, and at another on weekends, it is not convenient.
