I have two different services linked to a single employee panel. The issue is that appointments for both services are appearing under the same panel. I want to add a filter so the employee can easily sort and view appointments based on the booked service.
How can I implement this filter functionality in the employee panel?
Do we have any in-build functionality/method in amelia which will resolve this?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Service is not assigned to panels, they are assigned to employees. Since both services are assigned to a single employee, and since the employee can only see his assigned services, he will see the appointments for both services in his employee panel. This is not related to filters, but the employee user role permission. But default, employee user role has the read / write permissions to see only the appointments assigned to him.
Since one employee is linked to multiple services, all booked appointments are appearing under a single panel, making it difficult to differentiate between services. Employees receive numerous appointments daily and struggle to track which service each booking is for.
To streamline this, they are requesting a filter option to sort booked appointments by service, helping them manage records more efficiently.
Requirement: Implement a filter function to categorize booked appointments by service.
