We have been using Amelia for our booking system but have decided to switch to Bsport Pilates software next month due to some crucial features that have been missing. We had been waiting for these features to be implemented for over a year, but unfortunately, they have not been introduced.
As part of our transition, we need to export customer data for a successful migration. While I can see an option to export customer details, it does not include information on active class packages that customers currently have. This data is crucial for ensuring a smooth transition to Bsport.
Could you please advise on how the Bsport team can extract the necessary information, including:
To export the data you need for migration, you have two options:
Cloning the Site: You can clone your site using a duplicator or cloning plugin, which will duplicate your entire site, including the Amelia data.
Migrating Amelia's Database Tables: You can migrate Amelia’s database tables directly. There are about 47 tables with the prefix wp_amelia_. Please note, the prefix might differ on your site, so check for your specific database prefix (for example, your_prefix_amelia_).
Additionally, you’ll need to go to the wp_options table in your database and search for the option name amelia_settings. This will return one row containing all of your Amelia settings. Copy the option_value from there and paste it into the same field on the other site. Keep in mind that this value includes your old website's information, so you will need to update the URLs in the option_value.
This should ensure a smooth data migration for Amelia.
If you need further assistance or have more questions, feel free to open a new ticket, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Thank you for your response. However, to clarify, we are not moving the site to a new domain or server—the website itself will remain in the same place. Instead, we are switching from Amelia to a new booking software and will be embedding the new system’s widgets onto our existing website.
Are you referring to exporting the Amelia database tables for use in the new software, or is this guidance specific to migrating Amelia to another site?
Thank you for the clarification. To export all Amelia data, you can follow the steps provided for exporting the database tables. However, how the new system will accept that data depends on its requirements, as we can’t control the compatibility with other booking systems.
Let me know if you need assistance with the export process!
Hello, please if this can be answered as soon as possible as the migration is set to process today. The team from bsport are not able to find the "Remaining appointments" left in the packages. We have got all the data exported from amelia tables, but can't find the remaining credits anywhere.
Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, Amelia does not have an option to track the remaining appointments left in a package directly within the database. The system does not store a separate count of used or remaining credits. Let us know if you need any further details, and we’d be happy to assist.
Dear Amelia Team,
I hope you are doing well.

Could you please advise on how the Bsport team can extract the necessary information, including:
• Customer details (name, email, contact information, etc.)
• Active class packages associated with each customer
If there is a way to access or export this data via an API, database query, or any other method, please let us know at your earliest convenience.
Looking forward to your guidance on this.
