When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.

1. How an employee can have a view on his free appointment slots to book like on a normal calendar ? This is needed especially if their schedule is based on non-regular work hours.

If it is not supported by Amelia ( hope it will because this is a big miss)  do you have any ideas on how I can offer them something? - There is no calendar as such but when you or employees click to create an appointment then you choose available days and time slots available for that day. Only available days and time slots will appear. This is how Amelia is designed to work. 

2. I've read somewhere ( or on youtube ?) a post on how I could use Zapier to connect Google Agenda to Amelia in order to update Amelia database when an appointment is rescheduled or canceled in Google Agenda. 

Do you know where I could find it ? - Not sure what you mean exactly but when you connect the employee to their calendar all appointments are added to their calendar and all appointments that are booked in Amelia they show in a database. 

3.  Where can a manager export a day-planning ? - There is no daily planing in Amelia you can export appointments in appointmetns section and in finance section
