Can you please send me your CSV file so I can inspect it and try to make a table from it on our Test Site? This should provide the quickest way to isolate the issue.
There is a chance you are perhaps using a different CSV delimiter which is not matching in the Plugin settings.
Can you check, are you using commas for the CSV delimiter source?
If you use the semi-colon - You need to change this in the Main Plugin settings :
If this does not help, please try to send me the file as an attachment here and we will investigate it quickly. It the file can't be attached directly, you can either wrap it inside a zipped format or upload to weTransfer and send a download link.
If it has any sensitive data, just mark the reply as PRIVATE, so only we can see it.
I have tried to import a CSV file from Tablepress - I keep getting "unsupported file: "name of file.
I've even imported the tablepress into Ninja and then exported it.
But I keep getting this error.
I've tried a simple CSV file as a test - same issue.
So in many ways this is my last effort to use WP table builder

Thank you for replying.
I have tried to import a number of different files formats.
You mentioned delimiters - and I have lots of various delimiters in the file.
So I've taken out commas and just used one line - but still I have the same error.
Also I get a whirring symbol when when I click Plugins > Tablepress - and then nothing
(PS I have changed to the legacy version)
This is WP 6.7 is running Elementor Pro , WP Table Builder 2.0.1
Also installed Tablepress
