Thank you for reaching out to us. To start, you can increase the "maximum number of events" in the Google Calendar integration settings. By default, this is set to 50, but you can raise it to a higher number—such as 1000, for example. This will prompt Google Calendar to load more events from Amelia.
I understand your concern, but based on my previous test, the appointments are being sent correctly to Google Calendar. Unfortunately, I’m unable to identify the root cause or replicate the issue on my end, as the Google Calendar sync appears to be functioning properly.
I've also noticed that you've provided login credentials for a couple of websites, but these are not subdomains; they appear to be separate websites. You need to ensure that the configuration is correct across all websites (I haven’t tested all of them).
Usually, increasing the "maximum number of events" helps resolve such issues.
Stefan is currently out of the office, so I will be assisting you in the meantime.
I understand how important it is for your reservations to sync correctly with Google Calendar. Please try reconnecting the employee to Google Calendar by disconnecting the integration and then linking the account again. This can often resolve sync issues.
If the problem persists after reconnecting, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to look into it further.
Hello.
Even when a reservation is made through Amelia, sometimes the reservation is not reflected in Google Calendar.
This has been happening since about three days ago.
Some reservations are reflected in Google Calendar.
The situation is that about three out of ten reservations are not reflected.
Currently, every time a reservation is made, I check whether it has been reflected in Google Calendar.
What should I do?
Thank you.

Yes, I have changed it to 1000 or 2500 as shown in the attached image.
Since about 3 days ago, some reservations from Amelia have not been loaded into Google Calendar.
Some are loaded, and some are not.
Since the reservations are not loaded into Google Calendar, they are resulting in double bookings.
What should I do?

Hi Daisuke,
I suppose you are referring to the new appointments? If you provide the WP admin credentials, i can do some tests manually to confirm.

Hello.
I see, I understand about the test results.
However, the same problem is still occurring.
Sometimes reservations are not saved to Google Calendar.
Therefore, we save each reservation to Google Calendar and check it.
Also, we have it set up so that we receive an email when a reservation is made, but sometimes that email doesn't arrive either.
Therefore, it is difficult to check whether a reservation is saved to Google Calendar.
This is a tough situation for a reservation system.
The reservation system is very unstable.
What do you think the problem could be?
How should we deal with this?

The problem has not been resolved at all.
Please check the attached image.
The reservations framed in red are not registered in Google Calendar.
(Reservations for April 4th at 9am and April 4th at 5pm)
Reservations should normally be displayed in the blue frame.
I have not received a confirmation email for the reservation either.
Even though I have a reservation, it is not registered in Google Calendar, which is very troubling.
Please let me know how to remedy this as soon as possible.
Thank you.
