We do not see any events on your site we have checked what you have mentioned "Whenever customers sign up for an event, google calendar updates"

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that as we don't have the option to send these invites and couldn't manage to reproduce this behavior, you might want to check the Calendar settings themselves, such as "Let others see all invitations if they have permission to view or edit my events."
