My customer runs courses at client's premises. Prices are banded depending on the number of people attending. For example, the course I am adding at the moment (Level 2 Food Allergen Awareness) is £250 for 1 or 2 people, up to 6 is £390 and up to 12 is £540.
Sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunatelly, currently, there is no such option.

Thank you for your reply. Having looked further into the requirements of my customer for this, it is even more complicated than I thought! I have therefore decided to remove the courses concerned from your booking system and resorted to a manual form for customers to complete!
This is because it is an on-site delivery, rather than clients coming to my customer. This means also that travel time needs to be calculated and charged for, which is perhaps too complicated for any booking system. However, I will draft a feature suggestion, as I am sure this could be combined in somehow.
On the subject of venues, my customer delivers some courses by Zoom, and others Face 2 Face at their premises. I set up two locations to reflect this, but it appears that location is allocated at Trainer (staff) level rather than Course (Service) level. Is there any way to override this, please?
You're right, unfortunately, locations can't be assigned directly to a service, but they can be assigned to an employee. Here's a solution:
Since the Zoom integration doesn't rely on location and can be enabled for specific services or events, you can create two separate employees. One employee would be assigned to the service with the Zoom location, and the Zoom integration enabled (via Service settings - Integration). The other employee can be assigned to the on-site service or another type of service.
Thanks. I did think about that idea, but then that wouldn't work with the availability. If the employee is doing a Zoom course, the same person wouldn't be available for a F2F - and vice-versa.
That’s why it’s important to create two separate employees. Since they’re not connected, if one employee is booked, the other will still be available for booking.
There’s also an option to allow multiple bookings for the same time slot. To enable this, you’ll need to set the maximum capacity to more than 2 and activate the "Allow booking above minimum capacity" option.
Well, in that case, you can assign multiple locations in the employee work hours section, however, the issue you mentioned earlier will remain. You can have one employee on the same day working on multiple locations, however, if he is booked for a particular timeslot, the other customers won't be able to the same employee. This is how Amelia works by default, and unless there is another employee, it will not allow the other booking.

Hi Stefan -
I think you've misunderstood. The same person delivers all the courses. Therefore I need the SAME employee for both Zoom and Face to Face.
Kind regards
Tim
