We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Dear Amelia Support Team,

    I hope you’re doing well. We’ve noticed that in the updated booking system, it’s not immediately clear to customers that they can book multiple people for an event. This is causing confusion and limiting group bookings.

    Previously, the old booking form displayed this more clearly, but since that form is being removed, we’d like to request:

    1. A visible attendee count or clear indication that multiple people can be booked for an event, directly in the event list.
    2. An improved UI/UX solution that makes it easier for customers to see and select multiple attendees upfront.

    Right now, the lack of visibility acts as a barrier, preventing customers from easily booking for friends and family. Are there any plans to enhance this in the new system? If not, is there a way to customize it efficiently?

    We understand the concern about the visibility of group bookings in the updated booking system. We will pass your request regarding a more visible attendee count or a clearer indication of multiple booking options to our management and development team for further consideration.
