We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Dear Amelia Support Team,

    I hope you’re doing well. We’ve noticed that the current event filtering system creates confusion for our customers, as the filters are hidden behind a button. This extra step often acts as a barrier to bookings, making it harder for users to find relevant events quickly.

    To improve the user experience and increase event bookings, we would like to request:

    1. A more visible and user-friendly filtering system – ideally, filters should be more accessible instead of being hidden behind a button.
    2. More customization options for filtering – allowing us to adjust how filters are displayed and which filtering options are available.

    This change would greatly improve usability and reduce friction in the booking process. Are there any upcoming plans to enhance the filtering system for events? If not, is there a recommended way to customize this behavior efficiently?

    Hi Martin,

    All suggestions and improvements can be entered here. We are aware that some features are not perfect and that some customers might not find them suitable for their needs, but as you may already know, we are working on improving the user experience. For this particular use case, we've noticed that some users don't find the hidden filter option suitable, but we are planning an event feature redesign in the near future. As we always suggest, feel free to follow the changelog page to keep up with the updates.
