We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello! I hope you had a great Statehood Day. My clients are experiencing a bug on the front end when trying to book Appointments. The dates are not visible (IMG.1), even though the employee assigned to the Service does not have additional rest days or special days configured (IMG.2). The maximum number of Appointments has not been reached (IMG.3), which is currently set to 5, and the service is correctly configured for the employee (IMG.4).

Thank you for reaching out! I appreciate the kind wishes.
Could you please check if there are any existing events or appointments assigned to the employee on those dates and times? If the employee is already booked, the availability might not be showing correctly.
Also, please provide me with temporary admin access to your WordPress site so I can take a closer look. You can share the credentials here, but please make sure that you mark your response as "private" and it will only be visible to us.
