We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    This is supposed to display a table based on a  google spreadsheet. In an incognito browser, it displays

    Error
    "Service Unavailable"

    It seems to work only if I'm logged into wordpress. It has worked before. It was just reported to me today.

    All the other tables on the website work fine in the incognito browser.

    It's working today, with no help from me. Left wondering why it didn't work yesterday.

    Hi Dale,

    When we visit the Page now, the table loads for us as non-logged users as well, so we can't see any issues.

    The issue you described, how it happened in that moment, such as you were able to see it only when logged as Admin, while for non-logged visit, it showed that error;

    We are not able to reproduce it, but generally speaking, whenever some content on WordPress only displays for an Admin, but not for a non-logged user, usually that indicates there might have been some kind of a security setting;

    For example, if you use a security Plugin if it is somehow misconfigured to 'block' specific content on the Page for non-logged users;

    Or, there could be something else on Site blocking/preventing our Table from loading, etc.

    Since it seems to be resolved, we can consider it solved for the time being, but you can monitor it in the next few days and see if it reoccurs.

    If it does, please check if you have any security Plugin configured in the way it could cause that;

    Or if you can see any console error in the browser;

    You can also reach out to your Hosting provider Support, explain the situation and show the error to them, see if they can help isolate if it could be some security setting on the Hosting server side, etc.

    I hope that helps.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović
