Three Clients have reported that they were unable to register for our class (an "Event" in Amelia). They navigated from Android mobile (Google Chrome browser) and iPhone (safari browser) and got the same error. The system lets them enter all their information, but when it should go to the Payment page, they receive the attached error message.
They were able to put other artwork from the shop into the cart and check out as usual. So it seems the issue is with Amelia, not Woocommerce.
We did not get any screenshots and you did not sent us URL so that we can see to test the issue. Please send us a short one minute video if the issue and URL where we can test this.
Here's a screenshot from the time I was able to replicate the issue. It seems to be intermittent, as I can't replicate it this morning, but have received multiple reports of the same error over the weekend.
This does not show us the error to be honest but if they are adding several product to a cart it is possible to allow multiple product in the cart with WooCommerce but this is not built on by default. You can achieve this if you follow instructions from this screenshot
This should help you achieve what you need.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

How do we fix this issue?
