Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
As we are simply using Google reCAPTCHA keys to integrate it into Amelia, I would suggest checking the issue directly with Google. It might be worth verifying if the new key was set up correctly and if it's properly linked to your domain.
Hi Amelia,
Clients cannot use the Amelia agenda anymore because of a Recaptcha error; "ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key."
I did make a new key but still it gives the same error. Can you help me with this, for now I closed the button but I want it to be active.
