I have a WordPress website with the Divi theme and the Amelia booking plugin. I have one employee who offers one service in two cities. Now, two more employees are joining, one exclusively for Rotterdam and one exclusively for Leiden. The original employee will act as a kind of floating resource for both locations. So with this logic 2 appointments can be made on the same date and time, one with the orginal employee and one with the new one. After that the date should not be bookable anymore. How can I best set this up?
Thank you for sharing the details. Currently, in Amelia, each employee can only be assigned to one appointment at a time, which means the setup you’re aiming for (with multiple employees working at the same time) isn't directly supported out of the box.
As a workaround, you might need to manually adjust the booking slots, or consider offering a more flexible structure by managing employees within different locations, and customizing availability based on each location.
