In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi there,
Most of our clients book recurring events and all is working well. However, the system is set for them to pay the first booking online via Stripe and the rest are to be paid via a link in email and via the Employee Panel Page.
When I go to the Finance section in Amelia I see that a lot of bookings that have been paid ( via Stripe ) still say 'Pending', even though when I check in Stripe I see they've paid and when I log in as them I see they have paid via their Employee Panel.
Also, If I go into said booking in Finance and change the status from pending to Paid and click save, it does NOT update!
My client is finding it very difficult to know who has paid and how still needs to pay and are they owed any money.
Please can you help me get to the bottom of this?

Hello Colin,
To better understand the issue, could you please provide a screen recording showing the problem in the Finance section and how it appears in Stripe? Additionally, if possible, granting temporary admin access would allow us to investigate the issue directly.
