First, I attempted to add the purchase code on the activation tab of the free version of the plugin within WordPress but that field is grayed out and does not allow me to input the purchase code. After searching your website for instructions on how to install the plugin and not locating clear instructions, I asked google and chatGPT how to do it. Then I went to the email that was sent to me with the link for the file download and downloaded the zip file. I attempted to install the plugin by uploading the downloaded zip file but I get an error message that reads "The link you followed has expired Please try again". See screenshot. I tried this in a Chrome browser and an Edge browser and received the same error message. Please help me install the plugin for which I have just paid for a 1 year license.
When you see "The link you followed has expired", it usually means your PHP settings (such as upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, or max_execution_time) are too low for the plugin file (around 15 MB).
So, you can try increasing these values in your php.ini file or via your hosting panel. If you need help finding these settings, please ask your hosting provider.
Let me know if you still encounter any issues after that.
