In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I bought the license because I would like to create a tool, so that
1.- employees request the approval of a trip through a Form
2.- HR approves or rejects the trip from the Front End (not the back end)
My solution was to send the employees requests to a google sheet which is integrated with wp datatables. The integration works! but the info is not refreshed and does not change when I make additional Forms... I had to clean the cache... but it is not properly sync...
The table was created as "Create a data table linked to an existing data source".
I used also the option Create a data table by importing data from a data source.But I guess that this doesn´t sync to the google sheet. It just takes the info from google sheet in the same way as an excel, but it does make queries to know if the sheet changed...
Do you have any suggestion on how I can proceed? thanks!
