When we set the reservation status to default as ‘Pending’ for one of the categories, Amelia does not respect this setting and instead marks them as ‘Approved.’ How can we fix this? Upon reviewing the service options, it clearly states ‘Pending,’ meaning the configuration is correct.

Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thanks, i didn't notice that. I've actually created a new employee and assigned him to this service. I've booked the appointment from the front end (green color on the right) and the default appointment status is configured to "approved" indeed. I would have to investigate a bit more with developers.I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Apologies for the delayed answer. It looks like the issue is related to the WooCoomerce settings. You've configured the WooCoomerce rule - if the WooCoomerce status is paid, the appointment is approved automatically. In case of having the WooCoomerce enabled, the appointment statuses are triggered based on the WooCoomerce rules. There is an option to configure the in WooCoomerce, called "Default app status" in WooCoomerce rules, so you can change this accordingly.
