For some users even though users are logged in to the site when trying to view the Customer portal Amelia asks for login again but won't accept it.
notice in attachment Kathy is logged in but it wants her to log in again but won't take it.
second question - can a customer book more than 1 recurring event. Example a recurring event every monday - can they book it for all occurrences?

Hello Doug,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please let me know if there is any admin or employee with the same email as the customer user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that admin or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

how do I prevent the login form from popping up when someone tries to view the Customer Portal
for Amelia Customers it shows the bookings but other user types get login form that doesn't work and just confused people
Also shouldn't WP Administrators be able to see everything both customer and employee portals?
Hello Doug,
WP Administrators cannot log into the Customer or Employee panels because they have full access to all data directly in the WordPress back-end. These panels are designed for customers and employees only.
Let me know which specific employees or users are experiencing this, and I’d be happy to help troubleshoot further! 😊
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
