Our company provides IT support at customers' locations, which means the address changes with each booking. However, when a booking is made, the event in Google Calendar defaults to our company’s address.
Is there a way to automatically set the event location to the customer's address, which they enter during booking?
We have already added a custom field for the address in the event description, but ideally, it should appear as the event's primary location in Google Calendar.
Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option for Amelia to pull the event location from a custom field. Amelia always reads the location set for the event itself. Since each event can have its own location, the only workaround would be manually changing the location each time, but that would require a lot of manual effort.
