Dear Amelia Support Team,
I am writing to inquire about the notification capabilities within the Amelia system. Specifically, I would like to know if there is functionality that allows employees to receive automated reminders about their upcoming work shifts, particularly one day in advance.
Could you please advise if this feature is available, and if so, how it can be configured?

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. Employees can only be reminded about the upcoming appointments not about their shifts.
They can review their appointments and profile and work hours in emplyoee panel https://wpamelia.com/front-end-employee-panel/ and they can receive reminder notifications about upcoming notifications via cron that your hosting provider needs to set up for on your server.
