I have the wordpress time zone set to chicago. That is the time zone our business is located in. Our customers are booking events in May through August. So when our customers get the notification email the times do not match with the calendar invite. This is very confusing for our customers. It is also confusing if customers what a refund for an event. I have watched the youtubes regarding time zone and read the documentation. All of this deals with appointments. Is there any way to fix this for events. other that wait for daylight savings time to begin.
Amelia can not change the time on its own. We wanted to check and test this on your site but we can not access it due to this

Amelia follows time zone that is set in WordPress and this needs to be to a city in your example Chicago it must not be set to utc+8
You need to check time zones that are set for employees in employee modal
You need also to check if you have enabled option to show booking time slots in customer time zone in general settings
Please check for all of these since correct work hours should be sent if all is set properly.
