We added your plugin to Kenton County's web site last month and it is doing a great job scheduling Marriage License and Notary appointments.
Today 2/11/2025 there are 4 appointments made, which are set for half hour increments. There are still available spots but the plugin has blocked out the rest of the day.
Also how do I allow the customers cancel and reschedule their appointments?

Regarding the blocked time slots, please check if the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" option is enabled under Amelia > Settings > Appointments and Events. This should allow the remaining spots to stay available.
Customers can cancel and reschedule their appointments through the customer panel. You can find more details on setting it up here: Customer Panel Guide.
