We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    ubject: Support Request: Extras affecting capacity based on time slots

    Hello Amelia Support Team,

    I am a Pro user of Amelia and need technical assistance. I require the extras selected in the booking process to count toward the total capacity for a specific time slot.

    Example: If a user books 30 extras and the maximum venue capacity is 80, the next user should only be able to book 50 remaining spots. Extras must occupy available capacity within the venue's maximum limit.

    Could you please provide me with the exact code to implement this feature or assist me directly with the setup on my site? This is crucial for the proper functioning of my booking system.

    Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't have the time for custom work in the near future.

    In light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.
