    Subject: Request for Enhancements and Support with Amelia Booking Plugin

    I hope this message finds you well. I am contacting you regarding a few important enhancements we need for the Amelia booking plugin on our events website, which are crucial for optimizing our event management process.

    1. Mandatory Contact Information: We've noticed that the fields for email addresses and phone numbers are currently optional during the ticket booking process. For better communication with our attendees, we need these fields to be mandatory. Could you guide us on how to adjust the settings accordingly?
    2. Multiple Attendees Registration: Our current setup registers all tickets under the name of the purchaser when multiple tickets are bought. This poses a challenge in personalizing the event experience for each attendee, such as issuing name tags. Is there an option that allows purchasers to enter details for each attendee during the booking process? If not, we would greatly appreciate the inclusion of this feature in an upcoming update.
    3. Integration with Mailing Lists: We are looking to streamline our post-event communications by integrating the booking system with Mailchimp. This would allow us to automatically add attendees to our mailing list for future updates and events. Could you provide information on how to set up this integration or work towards including this feature?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    When you have several questions or issues please open a new seperate ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. 

    Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
