We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We need a way to manually deduct package sessions for customers who attended a class but did not book online in advance.
Use Case:- A customer with an active package did not set an appointment online but still showed up for a Pilates class.
- Since they didn’t book through the system, their package session was not automatically used.
- When trying to manually book the session retroactively, the past time slots are grayed out in the "Set an Appointment" section.
Questions:Hi Remi,
When managing package appointments, an admin has the same options as a customer. In other words, they can book a package and manage the appointments just like a customer would.
In the package settings, when you click to book an appointment, the admin will have the option to schedule an appointment for a previous date if needed.
For example, if a package was purchased on January 30, 2025, and there is still one appointment left to be booked, the admin can select a past date for that appointment.
If you select "book appointment"
The previous date are available for booking
Customers won’t be able to book an appointment for a past date or after the package expiration date. However, an admin will have the flexibility to retroactively book an appointment for any date if needed.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

It may seem that way at first! But when trying to select a past appointment, like the actual employee and hour, that’s when past hours are available.
Hi Remi,
Apologies, I’m not sure I fully understand. From my testing, as an admin managing a package from the backend, when booking an appointment, you should be able to see previous dates (even those prior to the package purchase date). Are you not seeing the same?
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
