These are the main requirements I needed. Which Plan I need to Purchase ?
Allows multiple counselors to set their schedules.
Clients can choose a specific counselor during booking.
Integrated Zoom/Google Meet for online sessions.
Payment integration (Stripe, PayPal).Each counselor can have their own login to manage availability.

For your requirements, you would need at least the Standard, Pro or Elite license. All of these features are available in all this licenses.
Since you need multiple counselors with individual schedules, online meeting integrations, and payment processing, the Standard, Pro or Elite plan would be the best fit.
