For weeks i have been trying to implement Amelia Booking into our new website, and it is still not working as it should.
We have found your provided information is not sufficient for solving our issues, and besides that your chatbot is super slow, i was almost never able to start a chat with it, after opening the chat box. Only one chat remained open at times where i could ask new questions.
Also we found that the questions we asked were often not fully answered or answered in a way that it didn't match our question. Of give answers that i already provided in the extensive question asked.
So after all this we had to decide to stop using Amelia Booking. Because we highly value a great service to our customers, and with Amelia Booking we were unable to do so.
So we wan to cancel the use of Amelia Booking and kindly request our money back.
Not sure it this is possible after couple of months. We will forward this to our billing team and as soon as we receive feedback from them we will reach out to you again on this ticket.
