appointment times showing wrong on random days but only for some users

example
19/04/2024 12pm appt for Kimberly lodge is showing for some users at 12pm (the correct time) but other users 11am.

Hello there,

Amelia shows the time zone based on time zone what is set in WordPress. But you can set that each employee can have different time zones. Check the time zones that are set for each employee in employees edit employee

if it was a time zone issue then it would effect all clients that the specific employee has set but it was only effecting random appts and not all of them
