I've been trying to integrate Amelia and Notion but I've run into a problem. Heres the automation i've been working on, when a new appointment or booking is made all related information within that booking should be auto exported to Notion, then in Notion a database item should be created with the fetched information, information that I choose such as date and time, client name, phone number, etc. It's been a confusing and tiring ride but I've managed to set up everything except one piece of information, one that is vital.. the employee that was assigned with the booking. You see, while you have the number of the person that was assigned (refer to the screenshot, Im assuming "providerId" is the employees number) you dont have their names.. I need a fix as soon as possible, I think this is an easy fix one that shouldn't take more than an hour on your end. Please add fetchable data such as Employee First and Last name for the booking that they were given as soon as possible, thank you!
Thank you for reaching out! I understand how important it is to have the employee's name included in your Notion automation.
At the moment, Amelia’s API provides the providerId (employee ID), but the employee's first and last name are not directly included in the appointment data. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be added immediately, but I will pass your request to our development team for consideration.
In the meantime, a possible workaround would be to match the providerId with employee names manually in Notion or through an additional automation step using a reference table. If you are using a tool like Zapier or Make (Integromat), you may be able to set up a mapping system.
Let me know if you need any guidance on that! I appreciate your patience and feedback.
