If I use bank transfer in my system, the amount is countersigned as paid in the finance area when making a booking, even though the amount has not been paid. Why? Can I completely deactivate the listing in the Finance section of the Amelia plugin so that the amounts can only be found in WooCommerce? this error is not acceptable

Hi Rainer,
Thanks for reaching out to us. This is not an error—all payments are automatically registered in the Amelia Finance section, and this can't be disabled.
If you're referring to the bank transfer system within WooCommerce, the status appears as "Paid" because the customer booked an appointment using an online payment method (such as WooCommerce or a similar service). However, if you have the "On-site" payment method configured directly in Amelia, the status would be "Pending" since the customer would need to pay in person.
All payments made through online payment methods will have the "Paid" status because they require customers to pay in advance.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
