To be honest this is the first time we have seen this type of issue. The only explanation that we have at this time (we will certainly check for more possible solutions) is that the mail field was not set as mandatory at the moment of the booking and that was set as mandatory at a later time. We went on your site and we can not book without the mail and we can note replicate this issues on your site
