Hi, I have a few questions:
Hi rula,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Please, find the answers below
Yes, all the appointments are listed in Customer Panel Appointment section. If a customer books a recurring appointment, all appointments will be shown separately, so for each one the date and time can be changed
Can I disable the option for users to choose whether they want a recurring appointment and make it mandatory instead?
This option can be disabled per service, but there is no option to make it mandatory. Customers can choose to skip the option if they want to.
Can an admin add a file to a user’s appointment details?
When booking is already done, there is no option to add the details for an already booked appointment. An admin can only change the details for an existing appointment, however, the the files and inputs must be selected prior the booking.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
