We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there,
The plugin on my website does not seem to be updating automatically and is stuck on version 7.9. How can I make sure that it stays up to date?
Thanks

Hi Nikita,
This automatic update option doesn't work for some users but this is not related to Amelia, but rather to Wordpress settings. I can send the latest version via WeTransfer so you can install it manually. No data will be lost, the process is really simple, just confirm your email address so i can send it.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Is there a way of changing the Wordpress settings to ensure that Amelia Automatically updates? I am managing it for a client now but may not be in future and I'd like to ensure that they are staying up to date.
And yes if you can tranfer me the new one version for now that would be great. My email is [email protected]
Hi Nikita,
When it comes to Amelia, you just need to activate the license by entering the purchase code. When it comes to WordPress, there is an option to enable automatic updates. You can take a look at this link for more information.
I've sent the latest version via WeTransfer to your email [email protected]. You can install it manually and let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
